Availability: We try our best to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but occasionally we may sell out of something before we have a chance to update our website. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will let you know by e-mail. We will offer you the choice of a full refund, an estimate on availability date or an exchange for another item.

Accuracy: We try and make sure that everything on our website is accurate. If you have any questions before you order, always feel free to contact us by phone or email. We reserve the right to correct, change or update information at any time without prior notice, even if it is after you have placed your order. We are sorry in advance for any inconvenience and will let you know of any inaccuracies as soon as we are aware of them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it by following the return guidelines below. Thank you.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They will be sent via regular mail unless you make arrangements for quicker delivery at an extra charge. No shipping will be charged on regular delivery of gift certificates.

Sales Tax: Tax of 6.625% will be charged on all purchases sent to a New Mexico address.

Shipping and Handling: Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given the choices listed under Availability above. Multiple item orders will be held until complete unless you request that they be shipped separately (for an extra shipping charge). All orders shipped within the continental USA will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Additional fees will be charged for non-USP delivery and for priority or express delivery. Most items are available for free shipping, items not available for free shipping are labeled.

International Deliveries: Please contact us prior to placing an order for rates. Duties and value-added taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy: You may return any regular purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in original condition, with tags attached. After 30 days, store credit will be issued. Purchases of sale items or personalized items are final purchases and may not be returned. Additional restrictions may apply.
